Google chrome operating system

 

After windows vista people were doubtful about sung windows. There were constant reports about it being not as efficient as its predecessor xp. Hence it lead to windows 7, which in turn had the cool interface that vista provided plus the efficiency and reliability of xp.
On the other hand there was the Mac OS, which was costlier.Linux was there trying to get hold of the OS market, and during that time google decided to come up with its own OS.
The chrome OS is planned to be an open source OS with fast access to the web. However it’s been a few years since this was first announced and the launch date for the retail hardware has been dated to be around mid-2011.
The OS uses C and C++ as its coding languages and it is Linux based. Its main features would be to be fast and simple as well as work exclusively with web applications.
